This policy explains how we process the personal data of people who visit our website, fill in its forms or contact us to buy, trade in or order a car.

• what you enter in a form: the car you are interested in, your wishes, budget, leasing estimate, message;
• details of a car you trade in: make, model, year, mileage, photos;
• the purchase or leasing contract, if a deal is made;
• technical data about your visit: IP address, browser, the page visited.

• To sell you a car or arrange leasing – performance of a contract.
• To keep our accounts and pay taxes – a legal obligation.
• To keep the website safe and working – our legitimate interests.

We share data only with those we cannot provide the service without – leasing providers, if you apply for leasing, and IT service providers who process data on our behalf; we never sell data or use it for advertising.

We keep requests for up to 24 months after our last contact, and contracts and accounting records for as long as the law requires. After that, the data is deleted.

You have the right to access your data, correct it, ask for it to be deleted or its processing restricted, object to processing, and receive your data in a portable form. Send your request to info@etauto.lv – we will reply within a month.
